Dimitar supports various large pharmaceutical companies, consulting them on corporate and specific regulatory and legal issues. These could be both legal and commercial, and include advising on production, export, import and trade of pharmaceuticals, active substances and devices, related authorization and notification administrative regimes, as well as on the pricing and reimbursement of pharmaceuticals.
Dimitar is also helping with licensing and distribution contracts and contracts for conducting clinical trials with pharmaceuticals by contracting with both authorities and medical establishments. As a full-service consultant he uses a multidisciplinary approach to advise clients on compliance with complex legal issues affecting different legal areas of the above, related to various international and national laws and regulations.

Dimitar holds Master of Laws (LLM) Degree from The University of National and World Economy, Sofia and is a member of International Development Law Organization.

She was helping businesses in strategy development for enabling technology implementations and integration, information for improved performance and decision making.
Lozina has worked in various industries, advising global pharmaceutical, chemical, mining, oil and gas companies in Bulgaria, Canada, Albania, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Kosovo, Namibia.
Lozina holds a Master degree of Business Administration and Economics from the Sofia University and Erasmus University Rotterdam and Master degree of Information Technology from the Technical University of Sofia.
